A Trip ToThe Fire Museum
We weren’t sure what to expect as we boarded the bus to the fire station in Neihu. Fire trucks? Photographs with the fire men? Fire poles? But whatever it was going to be, we knew that today was special because we were all in our Big Byte shirts and we were riding a bus. Christmas in the sun
It was the day we had been preparing toward and looking forward to for the last six weeks. The children had heard many different Christmas stories, learnt various Christmas carols, made many kinds of Christmas decorations and most importantly, understood how Christmas was a time for sharing, spreading good will and spending quality time with our loved ones.
Thanksgiving Time
This year Thanksgiving was just what it sounds like: giving thanks! Teacher Anja had the little Seedlings learn a song about Thanksgiving. The Seedlings love learning new songs and they enjoyed it thoroughly.
